Forest Dog Rescue have recently come up with the idea of the general public being able to 'Sponsor a Dog' a dog to raise much needed regular income. It costs the charity in the region of £3500 per month to look after the dogs in our care, and we are totally reliant on donations.

We need as many people as possible to to fill in the linked 'sponsorship form', to sponsor a dog for £1 a week, or more if you are able ! In return, your name will be entered into a monthly draw to win a £10 Marks & Spencer voucher. In addition, you will also receive regular copies of our newsletter "The Howler", whish will keep you up to date on anything that is happening with the charity, and at Christmas, you will be sent a Forest Dog Rescue calendar for the forthcoming year.

We cannot stress enough that we are a 'little fish in a big ocean', with the larger charities getting all the financial assistance because everyone has heard of them. At the present time, we only have enough funds to keep the charity going for approximately another 8 months, and so as many of the general public being able to 'Sponsor a Dog' is vital for us keep doing the work we have done over the past 10 years.
